Love.

If I’m being honest, love is not my go-to in life but I’m better at loving now than I have ever been and I truly desire to love FIRST.  I write about love and Jesus, the model of love I look to.

Think.

I do a lot of thinking.  I’m up early in the morning to chew on random ideas.  Some are important and some aren’t.  I write about life and the things The Lord is teaching me.

Speak.

Now this is what I tend to do first.  I like to speak.  But I want my words to be compassionate and well thought out.  I’m working on it.

Love first.  Think deeply.  And finally, Speak.  Will you join me?

 

What to Expect from our Blog

Random musings at random intervals.  I KNOW that’s no way to blog but I’m being honest here.  I’d like to post twice a week, but it won’t often happen.  I often need longer to really chew on an idea.

After teaching in public education for 17 years, I left the classroom to author a collection of leveled readers and home school my youngest children.  Our family lives in a small town in Eastern New Mexico where my husband (a full time associate pastor) and I have raised out children; Bailey (son, 21), Emma (daughter, 15), and Caden (son, 12).  I love The Lord, believe every word of The Bible to be God’s Holy Word, drink coffee and decorate for Christmas in October.
